Potluck Dinner Series

In partnership with Global Dining Access by Resy, we welcome Chef Jeremy Salamon of Agis Counter, Chef Nite Yun of Lunette, and Chef David Yoshimura of Nisei to create a collaborative menu, alongside Chef Kostow and Chef Phil Moratin.

** Starting on Tuesday, July 23rd at 9:00 AM PST, Global Dining Access members will have exclusive early access to this event until Thursday, July 25th. An eligible American Express® Card must be on file to unlock. Terms apply.**

Tickets are available to the General Public on Friday, July 26th at 9:00 AM. 

Potluck Dinner is $125 per person and a portion of the proceeds will be dedicated to The Cameron Thompson Legacy Scholarship.

Chef Jeremy Salamon

Jeremy Salamon is the James Beard–nominated chef and owner of the beloved Agi’s Counter in Brooklyn, a 2022 pick for Bon Appétit’s Best New Restaurants list and a 2023 Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient. He began his career working under celebrated chefs in restaurants such as Locanda Verde, Prune, Buvette, and Via Carota, before becoming the executive chef of Manhattan restaurants the Eddy and Wallflower. His first cookbook, Second Generation: Hungarian and Jewish Classics Reimagined for the Modern Table comes out in September 2024.

Chef Nite Yun

Nite Yun was born in a refugee camp after her parents escaped war-torn Cambodia. Her family eventually moved to California, where she grew up listening to her father’s Khmer rock n’ roll music and learned to cook traditional Cambodian dishes from her mother. Inspired by trips to Cambodia to learn about her heritage, Nite dedicated herself to bringing the flavors of Cambodian food back to the Bay Area. Since opening Nyum Bai in Oakland in 2018, she has been recognized as one of Time magazine’s 100 Most Influential People and a Food and Wine Best New Chef 2019 and was a recipient of the Vilcek Foundation Prize for Creative Promise in Culinary Arts, 2019. During her free time, she loves spending time with her French bulldog, Nola.

Chef David Yoshimura

Chef David Yoshimura began his professional career as a cook in New York City, working at wd~50. He has also staged abroad at many notable restaurants including Kagurazaka Ishikawa, Nihonryori Ryugin, and Asador Etxebarri. After New York, Chef David joined the team at Californios in the restaurant's first year open and helped attain their first MICHELIN-star within six months. Upon leaving the now two MICHELIN-star restaurant Californios, Chef David focused on opening Nisei, aiming to bring the Bay Area a new approach to Japanese-American food. In 2022, Chef David was nominated for a James Beard Award for Emerging Chef, he was also awarded one MICHELIN-star and the coveted Young Chef Award by MICHELIN the very same year.
