This March, The Charter Oak welcomes a limited number of guests and friends to an intimate dinner hosted by Pierre Péters winemaker & co-owner, Rodolphe Péters. This five-course dinner will highlight a curated selection from the legendary champagne house.

Pierre Péters Champagne
A family business for six generations, the Pierre Péters estate, located in the heart of the Côte des Blancs in the village of Mesnil-sur-Oger, has been producing Blanc de Blancs, Grand Cru Champagnes since 1919. Passionate producers of Grower Champagne, the domaine does everything they can to uphold and express their revered chalk terroirs. The house cultivates just over 19 hectares of Chardonnay, mainly located in the communes of Mesnil sur Oger, Oger, Avize and Cramant. The family has developed, from generation to generation, its own selection of plants (massale selection) which it has been able to maintain and mature into vineyards with an average age of over 30 years.Each year, with respect for the environment, Rodolphe Pèters and his team adapt cultivation methods to obtain healthy grapes so the Champagnes best express the richness, finesse and elegance of the great terroirs of the Côte des Blancs.
