A Favia Dinner Party

To celebrate the holiday season, The Charter Oak is delighted to welcome a small number of guests to experience a dinner party hosted by Annie Favia & Andy Erickson. With only ten seats available, you'll enjoy a curated lineup of Favia wines alongside a chef-selected dinner highlighting Charter Oak favorites.

Tickets are available for $300++ per person - inclusive of the wine pairing. A portion of the proceeds will be dedicated to The Cameron Thompson Legacy Scholarship, honoring the memory of a member of our restaurant family.

The Experience

Within the largest Yurt in the Charter Oak Yurt Village, this intimate dinner will feature a curated menu by Chef Christopher Kostow, designed to complement a lineup of Favia wines. Annie Favia & Andy Erickson will host the evening, guiding you through their incredible wines.

Favia Wines

Favia Wines was founded in 2003 as a collaboration between Viticulturist Annie Favia and Winemaker Andy Erickson. Our philosophy is simple: create soulful wines that express the true nature of the vineyards from which they come. The wines focus on two cultivars that thrive in the Napa Valley: Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. We use organic and mindful farming practices where the smallest details make the difference— we endeavor to listen to what the land is saying. In the winery, gentle handling, minimal intervention, and strict monitoring of the wine make it possible for the beauty of the Napa Valley terroir to shine.
