Master Sommelier and General Manager of Schrader Cellars and To Kalon Vineyard Company, Jason Smith, has curated this incredible lineup and you’ll hear from him as you taste through his selections from Schrader Cellars, Robert Mondavi To Kalon, and To Kalon Vineyard Company. Jason will also be joined by To Kalon Vineyard Company winemaker, Tony Biagi.

Dinner tickets are available for $300++ per person - inclusive of the wine pairing. A portion of the proceeds will be dedicated to The Cameron Thompson Legacy Scholarship, honoring the memory of a member of our restaurant family.

Jason Smith, Master Sommelier & General Manager

Jason Smith developed his affinity for wine accidentally. Dreams of being a chef led him to enroll in the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., but he pivoted after a required course in wine education sparked an enduring passion. After graduating with honors from the Culinary Institute of America, Jason passed the rigorous Master Sommelier examination in 2005, becoming one of only 172 to hold this title in North America....

Tony Biagi, Winemaker

A 5th generation Northern Californian, Tony is an acclaimed winemaker with over 25 years of experience. His journey includes prestigious wineries such as Plumpjack Estate, CADE Estate, Duckhorn Vineyards, and Sinegal Estate Winery, before he took the helm at Hourglass in 2012. Tony's unique understanding of grape phenolics, masterful blending skills, and a modern yet traditional approach to winemaking has garnered him a stellar reputation amongst peers and critics alike. In 2020, renowned wine critic Antonio Galloni of Vinious recognized his exceptional talent, naming him Winemaker of the Year.
