Assistant General Manager

Born and raised in Durham, North Carolina, Hollin Boy developed a strong passion for cooking and hospitality at a young age. With a family craft beer store at the center of her upbringing, she frequented summer jobs at her father’s store and the Umstead Hotel, honing her skills while attending Auburn University.

Following her graduation, Hollin returned to her home state and applied her degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management to an events role with the Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill. In 2021, she moved to California for the Accelerated Culinary Arts Program at the Culinary Institute of America at Copia. With these new skills and a fresh perspective, Hollin embraced the robust culinary scene and opportunities found throughout the Napa Valley, leading her to Solage, an Auberge Resort, as Events Coordinator.

Joining The Charter Oak as Service Manager in 2022, Hollin now holds the position of Assistant General Manager. In this role, Hollin oversees day-to-day management and establishes a strong presence as she builds and trains The Charter Oak team. When she is not on the floor, you will find Hollin enjoying new restaurants, exploring the coast, and frequenting San Francisco.
